Located just 33km and a short 30 minutes drive west of Penticton, is Apex Mountain Resort. This beautiful resort community has been recognized as being the best small desitination resort in Canada. With a yearly average of 600cm of snow each year, 67 runs, and 4 chairs, this resort is perfect for anyone looking for a less busy mountain, with more advanced runs for skiers and snowboarders alike. As well as some great cross country skiing and snowshoeing.

Apex has The Skating Rink, Skating Loop, Tube Park and Night skiing 9on weekends and holidays). Great Lunch and Dinner restaurants are The Gunbarrel Saloon, the Rock oven Grill, The Cafeteria for lunch and for great coffee, homemade food and treats check out the Edge bistro. We have the trading post which is the on hill liquor store and grocery, and the Mountain shop
