Buying or selling property isn’t generally a quick and easy process. When you factor in the time each party invests in the transaction as a whole it can add up to months if not more. From the time spent deciding who to hire to do the job and all the subsequent showings, contracts and negotiations leading up to your moving day we will spend a good portion of time in close communication. It’s important that we not only like each other during (and hopefully after), but that we respect each other, clearly define our working relationship and keep each other apprised of our expectations. Thankfully, I’ve done this a few times and my tried and true process is designed to keep stress levels low while working through some rollercoaster emotions.
